Terms of Service for ReveX.These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services
ReveX is a software development agency that offers premium design and software solutions for startups and enterprise-level companies. Users can book consultations via Calendly and contact us through email for inquiries.

2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide to us is accurate and up to date. Misuse of our website, including but not limited to illegal activity, hacking, or spamming, is strictly prohibited.

3. Booking Services
By booking a consultation via Calendly, you acknowledge that the booking is non-binding until confirmed by ReveX. We reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings at any time.

4. Communications
By contacting us via email or by providing your phone number to Revex through our website forms, Facebook Lead Ad forms, during customer onboarding, or via verbal consent during a call, you consent to receive communications from Revex.
Email: We will respond to email inquiries promptly, but we cannot guarantee immediate responses.
SMS / Text Messages: By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from Revex regarding: lead notifications submitted on your business website (for active customers); account, service, and billing updates; responses to inquiries submitted through our forms; appointment reminders; and occasional promotional messages about Revex products and services.
Message frequency varies. Active customers may receive up to 30 messages per month. Prospects may receive up to 5 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS from Revex. To resubscribe, reply START. For help, reply HELP or contact hello@revex.agency.
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
By opting in, you acknowledge that Revex may use your mobile number for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Analytics and Cookies
