The founder of ROI Finder came to Revex with a problem they had lived firsthand. As a first-time real estate investor, they found that every tool on the market was built for professionals who already knew what they were doing, full of financial jargon, complex workflows, and pricing that made no sense for someone evaluating their first deal.
There was a second gap. Real estate investing is a relationship-driven business, but the platforms didn't reflect that. Investors were comparing notes over text threads and email chains, with no structured way to collaborate or share deals in one place.
ROI Finder was the answer to both: a platform that lowered the barrier to entry for first-time investors while creating a community layer that made deal discovery a shared experience.
The Challenge
Most real estate investment tools are built for professionals who already know what they're doing. For a first-time investor, that creates a confidence barrier that stops people before they ever make a move. Not because the numbers don't work, but because the tools built to help you run them assume knowledge you don't have yet.
The founder experienced this directly. After evaluating several platforms and finding none of them designed for someone at the beginning of their investing journey, the decision was made to build a better one, bringing Revex in to build it.
The Solution
Revex designed ROI Finder around the experience of an investor evaluating their very first deal. Every element of the deal analyzer is labeled, contextualized, and scaffolded; users are guided through each metric with plain-language explanations rather than dropped into a blank spreadsheet and expected to already know what a cap rate is.
The MLS and real estate data integrations removed the manual data-entry friction entirely. Instead of copying figures from listing platforms into a calculator, investors can pull live property data directly into their analysis.
The community deal-sharing feature was built as a core part of the product, not a tacked-on forum. Investors can share deals they're actively evaluating, see how other members are running the numbers, and build a network of people at the same stage of their journey, all within the same platform where the analysis lives.

Revex built ROI Finder as a full-stack web application on Bubble.io over a 2-3 month engagement. The platform centers on a deal analyzer that guides investors through the key metrics of any property: purchase price, estimated rent, expenses, cash flow, cap rate, and projected ROI, in a format designed for clarity over complexity.
Live property data is pulled via MLS integration and real estate data APIs, so investors are working with current market numbers rather than manually copying figures from listing sites. The platform connects to live listings and comps in real time.
The community layer allows investors to post deals, invite feedback, and discover opportunities shared by others in their network. Users can see how other members are analyzing the same properties, turning what was once a solo exercise into a collaborative one.
User accounts, onboarding flows, and Stripe-powered subscriptions underpin the business model, with the infrastructure built to support tiered access as the product scales.
