The Challenge

Two-sided marketplaces are among the hardest products to build. The platform needed separate, tailored experiences for coaches and clients, a rigorous vetting workflow on the supply side, real-time availability and booking on the demand side, and a payment system that handled session credits, packages, and refunds without friction.

The Solution

Revex built KinderMind as a full-stack marketplace with distinct coach and client portals. Coaches go through an application and vetting workflow before being listed. Clients browse by specialty, read profiles, and book sessions directly. Integrated scheduling syncs with external calendars, and payments are handled end-to-end within the platform.
