The Challenge

Industrial documentation is notoriously unstructured, often existing as scanned PDFs, legacy CAD files, and technical specs written for engineers rather than technicians. The platform needed to ingest this chaos, extract step-by-step logic, and render it as animated visual guides without requiring manufacturers to rebuild their documentation from scratch.

The Solution

Revex built the Kogi.AI platform around an AI pipeline that processes raw documentation inputs, identifies procedural steps, and generates animated walkthroughs paired with written instructions. The interface was designed for tablet use in the field, with offline capability and hands-free navigation for technicians working on machinery.
